It is up to the applicant to search for retail space. However, we will advise on the available locations, aid in lease negotiations, and provide feedback.

 

An approximate estimated investment required is a minimum if $150,000. However, the specific number can only be determined case by case. There are other factors that affect the initial investment amount such as store size, personal decor preference, etc. that need to be considered.

 

The initial order will be placed through us, but the merchandise will be delivered to your store directly from Japan. It will take approximately one month for the shipment to arrive. Meanwhile, we will provide other merchandise such as snacks, ceramics, etc. directly from our warehouse.

 

Because we coordinate and assist with the order and merchandise set-up of items, store layouts, displays, and marketing tactics, starting a business will be less strenuous than starting another type of business on your own.
